St Mary the Virgin Church was consecrated in 1888 and the first organ here was built by Nicholson and Lord of Walsall. This was replaced in 1952 by the present 4 rank instrument built by Compton. The fully enclosed pipework is housed in a chamber behind the original Nicholson and Lord case.
