The organ was built by Compton in 1949 for Longford Baptist Church in Coventry. It is the 3 rank 'Miniatura III' model and was job number A121. The organ was removed from the church in 2020 and sold to a private owner. It remained in storage until being installed here in 2025. The organ has been beautifully restored with a new action by organ builder Kevin Grunill and suits it's new environment so well that many have commented that it looks and sounds as if it has always been here.
