Like many organ builders, Comptons installed instruments in several crematoriums up and down the country particularly their electrones from the late 1930s and beyond.  Few of these remain today.  However, Golders Green crematorium in the north of London is unique in having 2 chapels both containing a Compton organ - 1 pipe and 1 electrone.

In the 'East Chapel' there can be found a 2 manual 3 rank 'Miniatura' (job number A261) model dating back to 1934.

In the smaller 'Bedford Chapel' can be found a 357 electrone model dating back to the late 1950s.
